Tantolunden's anti-aircraft position
Tantolunden's anti-aircraft position in Stockholm was located at the height about 300 meters west of tantolunden park and above tantolunden's allotment garden area. The facility consisted of trench estaking and bunker and could be staffed with 47 men during the contingency years from 1939 to 1945. The main task of Tantolunden's anti-aircraft position was to defend the Årsta Bridge and Liljeholmsbron. If the defense had broken down, the idea was to blow up the Årsta Bridge before the enemy could use it. Today (2011) there are four clear play sites left while the rest have been demolished or sealed (sealed permanently). //Wikipedia
